Bus DDTMilklithin has an infamous party every year called simply "JEFFSTOCK" that I attend. One particular year there were two characters who were floating around at the party, gravitating towards J.J.J. Luscious, in particularly as he floated in the hot tub.

Their voices were velvety, and as life rolled onwards, I grew to discover that many of the people in the world who possess the most wonderful voices on the phone, look like carnival freaks in person.

The DOC mentioned in the song is DOC TOMBSTONE who sometimes dabbles in cryptozoology (ie searching for monsters).
