Bus DDTMilklithin began his carrer as a gangster in Chicago during the roaring 20's. A known Bootlegger and ace with a tommy-gun, Bus climbed his way through the ranks of the Mobster Dirty Face Malloy. Malloy's moll, a beautiful girl named Cyrene, fell in love with Bus and they carried on a clandestine affair. Once caught, Dirty Face shot them full of lead and left them for dead. Obtaining custody of the corpses (who were actually barely alive) , Malloy's alchemist henchman Valentine injected them full of Vampire blood. Bus was subsequently rescued by the time traveling group the Anachronists, who were able to cure him, but unable to save his wife, who subsequently is still at large. Disillusioned, Bus left Chicago and opened his own business dedicated to paranormal investigations with an emphasis on the undead. He joined the Anachronists and resides in their headquarters, Central Justice. After the dissolution of the Anachronists, Bus joined his friend Cobalt as a freelance time traveler to assist the Flat Astronauts in their exploration of space and alternate dimensions. An amateur inventor, Bus creates many useful gadgets for the Astronauts.
