Suffers from temporal personality disorder

 

A compulsive liar, Saul suffers from the rare affliction of Temporal Personality Disorder. This disorder disrupts the very fabric of time and space, so that four similar but radically different versions of Saul co-exist in reality. His facial features, and demeanor changes radically from one moment to the next as he shifts from one time frame to the next. In one timeline, he is a married college professor with several children; in another he is a man for hire that entertains wealthy women, an in another, he is an ex-veteran of the United Emerate Wars who is now a homeless vagrant.

 

In his varied and different timelines, Saul is a Modern Dancer, a gigolo who acts on the side, a veteran vagrant, and a college professor. His experience in each of these fields gives him a unique perspective.
